Deposit Required: Non‑refundable 50% deposit required to secure your date. Payment Methods: Acceptable forms of payment (credit, or debit card). Balance Due: Remaining balance due the day of or before the shoot.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations less than [24 hrs] before the session will forfeit the deposit.

Rescheduling Policy: One free reschedule if done [72 hrs] in advance; new date must be within [3 months].

Weather Contingency: Outdoor shoots rescheduled due to weather at lostwrldproductions discretion.

Sessions start and end at the scheduled time. Late arrivals result in shortened session time (no refunds for missed time). If more than [30 minutes] late, the session may be canceled and deposit forfeited.

Travel Fee: For locations beyond [20 miles]. Extra Editing: Additional retouching or special edits at $50/hour.
